Atech Logistics is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our transportation operation in Donald, OR. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting drivers, maintaining excellent customer service, and helping ensure the operation runs safely and efficiently.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced transportation professional with a Class A CDL who is ready to take the next step into an operations leadership role.

Pay

  • $82,000 annually

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Must be available to work nights and/or a variable schedule
  • Schedule may vary based on operational needs

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily transportation and delivery operations
  • Supervise, support, and provide direction to drivers
  • Ensure routes are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
  • Coordinate with drivers, customers, and company leadership to resolve operational issues
  • Monitor service performance and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Promote compliance with company safety policies and DOT requirements
  • Drive commercial equipment when needed to support the operation

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 2+ years of commercial driving experience
  • Transportation, logistics, or operations experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Must be available to work nights and/or a variable schedule
  • Must meet company driving record and DOT qualification requirements
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Local knowledge of the Donald, OR area preferred
