With nothing more than a vision and a used truck, Jesse Amaral started hauling garden supplies in 1993.
In 1993, Jesse Amaral began his journey behind the wheel of a single truck, hauling garden supplies throughout Sonoma County. What started as a simple idea quickly became a mission — to provide dependable service built on trust and personal commitment. Those long days on the road set the standard for Atech’s values of reliability, integrity, and dedication that remain at the heart of the company today.
Atech secures its first dedicated automotive logistics contract.
In 1998, Atech entered the dedicated logistics space with its first automotive contract — a partnership that continues to this day, more than 25 years later. This milestone marked the company’s evolution from local hauling to providing customized, full-time transportation solutions tailored to each customer’s specific needs. It was the beginning of Atech’s long-standing commitment to dedicated fleet services and lasting customer partnerships.
Atech expands coverage across the 11 Western United States.
By 2015, Atech had completed its expansion into all 11 Western states, establishing a regional network capable of serving customers from California to New Mexico. This achievement marked a major step in our company’s growth — allowing us to provide consistent, dedicated transportation and logistics solutions across the entire Western U.S.

As of 2025, Atech delivers to over 2,000 customers each night before 7 a.m., operating from more than 20 facilities across the Western United States. Our 99.9% on-time delivery record stands as proof of the commitment and care that have guided us since our first truck hit the road in 1993.
